The receptionist, Muriel, was very helpful and spoke excellent English. Easy walking distance to local shopping centre. Easily possible to walk or take the bus to the beach.

The location is not bad because it has bus station in front and near the sea. But it is complex to transport.
The room internet link was not available and no one come to repair even though the stuff said she has already call the customer survice. A little bit expensive but acceptable.

I liked being able to walk 15 mins to the beach. On our 2nd to last day we discovered a HUGE Carrefour supermarket in a mall very close by so it is possible to buy your food, cook and prepare meals in the self contained kitchen. The place was very clean and had a balcony which was nice. Aircon worked on the 2nd and 3rd days but not our 1st night.
There was very little help by the staff about local amenities, bus services, restaurants nearby. The 'restaurant' next door, Table du Pouce, didn't have a breakfast menu (but kindly cooked us up some eggs one morning) and closed at 4pm each day so only really provides a lunch dish. For our three nights stay there was no servicing of the room. No extra provisions of toilet paper so we had to buy our own. A bit strict with their signs to not pull chairs out onto the balcony or to leave washing on the balcony to dry - we did anyway of course. No coffee or tea provided. Would probably suit people staying for longer durations. First night without aircon.

Relatively new residence (about 3 year old) so it is clean and well maintained. Not touristic so do not expect tourist services.

Convenient location! 🛍️ This place is situated right by a shopping center and the central train station, making it super easy to get around. the Borely-Bonneveine district is definitely a great area to be based in.

Internet in the room
We arrived on saturday, and although there was a message in the reception that some one responsible was there, there was no one. Arriving in the room, we noticed that there were no sheets and no towels for the third person, even thought we made clear in the reservation that 3 people were comming. We tried to contact the woman responsible and she argued that the reservation was only for 2 and that we had to wait until monday to get the sheets and pay 10 euros for it. We waited until monday with a copy of our reservation to hear "sorry for the inconvenience" from the mananger, a very polite lady. Still, service was terrible, room full of hair. I dont recomend it.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, as it is in close proximity to the beautiful Calanques and the beach. We enjoyed spending our days swimming and relaxing in this peaceful area. The accommodations were comfortable and well-prepared for our stay. The staff, especially the friendly lady at the reception, made us feel welcome and assisted us whenever needed. it was a perfect place for a peaceful family getaway.
For dads, it would be great if there were more kid-friendly amenities available, such as a playground or entertainment area.
